Service Description

A hands-on, half-day course for charity professionals with a Microsoft 365 Copilot subscription.

Learn how to use Copilot Chat, Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint more effectively, alongside an introduction to creating your own Copilot agents.

Through practical exercises and real charity-focused examples, you'll discover how Copilot can help you save time, improve productivity and streamline everyday tasks.

Delivered live online in a small-group format, giving you plenty of opportunities to ask questions, share experiences and receive personalised support.

British Summer Time (BST)

Cancellation Policy

Individual bookings (1-2 delegates)

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. You are welcome to transfer your place to a colleague at any time by emailing alex@wecanhelp.digital.

Group bookings (3 or more delegates)

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the session: no charge. Cancellations made 7-14 days before the session: 50% of the fee is payable. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session: 100% of the fee is payable. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where reasonably possible.

All bookings

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date at the earliest opportunity or a full refund. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred. Free enquiry calls can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time.
